Natural energy work is something practical we can all do.
We all have an innate ability to bring about healing. Hippocrates (great philosopher and father of medicine) said "The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well." However, when our spirit or motivation is low the natural energy to heal or bring about change, is drained, so how can we rejuvenate it?
Just as you might go to the gym for your body, there are exercises one can do each day for the spirit and wellbeing. There are mindsets to be adopted and habits to be formed, which stem from the philosophy of Reiki. It is possible to address the imbalances which undermine our resilience and feelings of wellness. Essentially, we are taking some elements of Reiki and applying them to our lives in the 21st century.
I can vouch for the efficacy of this approach. I have my own lived experience of life's traumas including invasive breast cancer, so have an understanding of the challenges you are facing, and excellent feedback from clients who have benefited from adopting a natural healing way of life. As a Reiki master, I will be able to help you reach your own place of balance.
Part of my work is a voluntary role. I Reiki for Macmillan Cancer Support and successfully use the applied Reiki approach with these clients.
Applying Reiki principles and practices will change your life... for the better. Together we will will kick start the flow of vibrant, positive energy. Click on the What is Reiki button below to find out more about how the process will help you.
Paying it Forward
I volunteer as a Reiki Practitioner for Macmillan and I carry my voluntary efforts through into my own practice too.
For every minute of paid practice I do, I set aside the same amount of time which I will then use to give Reiki to someone for free.
This balance of paid and volunteering work is harmonious and beneficial to so many people. Your generosity in allowing me to Reiki you will support someone who may not be in a position to purchase their own sessions.
If you know of someone who is in need, please, email me.
